Trust
Trust, that just as the leaves turn color each year, fall off and grow back in the spring;
You too go through periods of shedding your own various colors and ways of being,
only to re-emerge in a new, fresh way.
Trust, that as you lose something, you always gain something new.
Something that suits the new you.

Beautiful! Such a wise insight. When we allow things that no longer serve us to shed away we find ourselves budding out with fresh new growth!
Its as easy as trying on new clothes. The old clothes and the old you goes to GOOD WILL.
We are all colourful and we change as we light up differing pigments to express new combinations of being.
