What Are You Fishing For?

We all go out each day into the world.

We all seek or “fish” for something;

Sometimes we seek the small things, sometimes the big things;

Sometimes we seek the shallow things, sometimes the deep things.

Enjoy your seeking – your search – your fishing.

But know too that it is okay to stop seeking sometimes and simply just “be”
- to enjoy yourself, your life, this world and all that you already have.

    I am reminded of U2’s song “still haven’t found what I’m looking for” – but you are right. For me, at this point in time, I just need to be happy just “be-ing”!

      Hi Martie

      Ah yes, great song to go along with this thought!

      Yes, you know I find it is fun to search and seek on many levels and aspects of life, but we have to remember too not to get caught up in it. Sometimes all we need to do is just enjoy what we have accomplished or got up to this point in time. Our society is very go-go-go oriented, but it doesn’t always have to be this way…

    A colourful fleet to open up the senses to broader interpretations.

    I would be free diving everyday in these waters. There’s always something new to find between the breathes.

    Such inspirational words accompanying this quaint little harbor. Wonderful!!!

    Beautiful! And what if we stop fishing, and simply jump in to flow with the spirit of life. Then perhaps we will find ourselves surrounded with abundance, without having to seek it out.

      A great point Stacey, we indeed do not always have to be seeking or fishing. Sometimes we can just relax and allow ourselves to enjoy the flow of life, and see where it takes us.
