Think today about what you enjoy seeing the most.
What really stimulates your visual senses in the most pleasurable of ways?
Is it the presence of a special someone?
Is it perhaps the sight of a beautiful flower? A beautiful bird?
Is it seeing others laughing or talking or just being?
Is it maybe viewing a certain event?
Whatever it may be, find the time to immerse your visual senses in that sight.
See it. Be grateful for it. Feel it. Enjoy it.

Evita, your words show a great place for people to begin appreciating and finding gratitude in the things we call special in our lives.
And then as we enter that loving space, it begins to expand and soon, whatever we allow into our personal space begins to stimulate us and brings to a place of joy. The world its self becomes an energetic field of joy to play in.
