		<description>When we think of speed and the need to speed things up, we are trapped and enslaved by the concept of time.  Therefore, by taking our time, we can create new rhythms and variable speeds.  By not been stuck in a single gear, we no longer even need to slow down, since it too is an indication of being trapped in time.  We just then do what we do, without the worry about progress, since progress is a commitment to the future, instead of to the Moment of the Now.</description>
