Enjoy the parties, but know it is not about them.
Enjoy the festivities, whatever they may bring, but know it is not about them.
What this season is about is love, kindness, compassion and peace.
However you choose to experience those, know that it IS about them.

Beautiful! Both the image and the words. A great holiday message and I’m taking the words to heart. This is the first Christmas in 7 years that I’ve had all my daughters with me!

We are the ornaments on the Christmas tree. They are aspects of our personality where time and experience have molded our energy and our essence. The colours and the shine are experiences achieved at different levels of awareness.
We are also the tree and can place our attention at the bottom or at the top, or we can choose not to discriminate at all and feel the whole tree at once.
And then there is the Star at the top. We are always there even if we find ourselves trapped in the wrappings of the spheres that we believe our selves to be.
