Fitting In

Building in Boston

If you want to fit in, find out on a deeper level why you do.

Don’t just fit in for the sake of comfort, security or out of fear.

Fit in because you connect on some level with the place or people or ideas.

Otherwise, you will find your self living your life for others…

…living by the rules of others

…and possibly losing yourself in it all.

Or you will find yourself forever roaming, seeking a place to call home and belong.

Hi Evita. What’s interesting too… when you realize why you fit in you realize it just happens naturally. How we are connected to each other “just is” without really even trying :-). Fantastic photograph! Love the blue reflection in the windows.

Fitting in is not really my thing. I’m just glad that I’ve grown to accept myself just the way I am. :)

  5. Chris says:

Fantastic image and words together once again… I would say that many people should read this to realize that each and every one person is unique and cannot fit in a globalization concept in which everybody should get the same stuff and be the same.

    Well said Evita.

If we try to fit in to feel accepted, then we are selling ourselves short. That is, we have sold our soul, and a part of our energy is being siphoned off into someone else’s dream or creation, when it could be going towards your own personal manifestations.
