Pause
Pause before you take the next step.
Allow the consciousness of the moment to envelop you.
All too often we rush around madly and end up in unwanted situations.
So pause today;
Before any new decision;
Before any harsh word or action you are about to say or do;
Before any move that you have not quite had the time to think through.
Pause and be conscious.
It is perhaps the easiest way to have a life that you will not come to regret.

I’m lucky to know of this blog, it’s that good. Especially the pics. And ha, I’m the first to comment about this wonderful picture.

As for my travels, it was the great Canadian north, well, no I can’t say that as it wasn’t that far north, just enough to get away from the cities and immerse in scenes of beautiful forests and lakes!
