Sharing the Inspiration and Beauty of our Evolving World.

Go On, Relax.

Path to Trees

How much time will you take for yourself today?

Will you have a moment to consciously relax?

Will you have a moment to take it all in?

Go on, it is not that hard…

Stop for a moment and just let go;

Let go of the thinking. Let go of the doing.

Go on, just allow yourself …allow yourself to really relax.

    I love a good bench!

How often, though, do I not take time to stop and just “be”? Thanks Evita! Today, I’m going to consciously find that spot where I can do just that – “be”. I feel a calm, just thinking about it…

    Evita,

I got to your post at the perfect time. Your picture and words inspired me to just go and take a break.

I think I’ll sit outside and eat my lunch, even though it’s really HOT! I love watching the birds and they always relax me.

Thank you friend for these wise words:~)

Such a sweet sentiment. True ‘relaxation’ is sometimes so hard to come by.

@ LANCE – Yes, I find too that it is nice walking through a path, park or forest and finding a nice spot to rest and just take it all in!

Wishing you many beautiful relaxing moments each day to see you through :)

    @ BOB – Thanks!

@ SARA – Hi Sara, I am so glad it came at a good time! Hope you had a beautiful lunch and with the birds too, how both serene and exciting is that!

@ MARCIE – Thanks! I think we have lost this in our lifestyles today alot, but we can always get it back, that is the best part! We just have to choose to do so :)

    @ GINNIE – Thank you Ginnie :)

Hi Evita. This looks like the perfect place to relax. I feel calm just looking at it. I spent yesterday morning relaxing with my journal in the early morning sunlight. Time seemed to stand still.

@ DAVINA – Oh that sounds so lovely. Aren’t those moments so precious? I think it is nice, no matter where we live to always have one or perhaps even more places where we can truly relax and be captivated by our surroundings.
