Who says there is no magic in this world?
Look through the eyes of a child and you just might see some fairy dust being sprinkled around you.
Look through the eyes of a believer and you might just see magical creatures around you.
Look through the eyes of a tree and you might just see infinite stillness.
Look through the eyes of a bird and you might just see the horizon beneath your wings.
Look through the eyes of God and you might just see the greatest expression of love.

Instantly, I thought of what my 3-year-old niece used to say: “Look at the sparkwies!” (“Ls” were difficult, then. ;)
You’re right, Evita, children’s eyes see things in a much happier way than ours; everything’s still fresh and new, and there IS so much magic in that.

You are welcome Julie – I try to be very conscious myself to keep seeing the world and all that is in it brand new all the time. There is indeed so much magic and awe and amazement in that. And it really makes one appreciate the paradise they live in.
