SkyWatch Friday – Intensity

Just as intense storms can paralyze nature in its tracks, so too can intense moments paralyze our natural state of being.
But just as intense storms can also bring about life giving rains and winds, so too can intense moments bring about life giving growth to us.
Don’t cower in fear in times of intensity, instead find within them your greatest potentials.

That is an intense looking sky. Beautiful skywatch shot.
Paris is poetic and a bit sad through your lens. I have been loitering in La Defense couple of times and it´s a strange big place.
De la belles photos ici.
Bonne journée.
A+
Hi Evita. I really like what you’ve written here. But then, I am partial to nature’s storms. Not as partial to “life’s storms” mind you. And funny, cause there is more chance for a person to “control” their storm as opposed to nature!
That is an amazing sky, but I LOVE how you framed this one. Those trees on either side drawing the eyes down to an amazing cityscape. In this one, the sky is the frosting on a delicious cake!
@ SECRET MOM THOUGHTS – Thank you – it was a fun day, despite the unpredictable weather.
@ CHROME3D – Paris is an interesting city indeed. There is so much there to photograph and I agree it is very poetic, but I couldn’t miss this opportunity of this very thick sky overpowering the Champs that day :)
@ CHARLES – Merci beaucoup Charles :)
@ DAVINA – Hi Davina, how very, very true! We are much more in control of our own storms, rather than natures – great addition!
@ MARTIE – LOL – that is a fantastic observation Martie – thank you for that addition!
Lovely sky shot and word as always.
Have a nice weekend.
Amazing yellow stormy skie.. I have visited La Defense once a long time ago and it was something that I had never earlier seen.
Wonderful collection of storm clouds. They look so heavy hanging over the skyline like that.
wow great capture. that’s a helluva storm brewing.
@ JOHN – Thank you John! We have a holiday this Monday, so it is a nicer long weekend :)
@ PANTTERI – Thank you for your comment and visit!
@ MARCIE – Thanks Marcie. It was a cold and stormy day indeed, but it added some adventure to our trip nonetheless.
@ JOE – Thanks Joe! It was indeed!
