Staying Grounded
Often life gets the better of us and sends us off on a tangent of tasks, rules, obligations and time constraints.
Each day we are bombarded with numerous messages, from numerous sources.
How do we decipher what is right for us and when?
By staying grounded.
No matter what happens in your life, whether it takes you on an intense high or intense low – stay grounded.
In this way you are always able to make conscious decisions about how you choose for these events to impact you today, without losing yourself in their midst.

Amazing framed and animal.
I needed this thought for the day. I was in a car accident Friday (I’m ok and it wasn’t my fault – the car is going to be in the shop for about a week, though). Over the weekend and today I have been dealing with all the inconveniences and frustrations. The insurance companies, the body shop, missed time from work, etc. “Staying grounded” seems to ring true for me right now! thanks, Eric

@ERIC – Sorry to hear that Eric, and I am glad this came to you at the right time. Indeed in such a situation there is a lot to be dealt with, as well as alot of emotion attached to it, that has the power to take us on many different tangents.
So yes, it is important to stay grounded and just remember that this too shall pass! The most important thing is that you are okay, the rest are just material details that make for unpleasant inconveniences, or not. Focus on what you are grateful for right now and the rest will become simply a small “to do” that allows you to grow to a new level within yourself.
