The Joy of Happiness
Happiness is one of the best feelings that any of us can feel, at any given time.
Sometimes however, it may not be that easy to achieve, given our day to day obligations.
So, when stuck in a rut and in need of some happiness, there is no simpler thing to do, than talk yourself into it!
That is right! Optimism and a happy state of being can be learned, taught, acquired and even brought onto ourselves despite less than happy conditions.
All you have to do is start small, with something like “I am happy right now because it is a sunny today.” And continue with more happiness affirming statements.
So now your turn, “I happy right now because ___________” (you fill in the blank)

With the exception of children, I don’t think there are any creatures on earth who love us more than our pets. So trusting, so quick to forgive. We could learn a lot from our 4-legged friends!

I actually do not have any pets of my own, but did grow up with a dog. Now I just love photographing other people’s pets, so much amazing variety and so many cute characters :)
