SkyWatch Friday – To Be Aware
To be aware of our own awareness is perhaps the greatest gift we can give to ourselves.
Just as we are aware that each day changes to night,
may we be aware when our “light” sometimes changes to “darkness”.
May we catch those moments as opportunities for growth and change,
and consciously decide our next words or actions.
It is through awareness that we come to know ourselves and our universe more intimately.
