What miniature is this car in the composition with the monumental building. And like it!

  2. Daniel says:

That is an amazing piece of architecture.

  3. Marcie says:

What a spectacular and monumental piece of architecture. Love the detail you captured!

  4. George says:

You’ve gotten a great capture of an amazing structure!

@ BEANOW – Yes, it does really show the perspective of how huge this Arc is. When I first saw it only on pictures I thought it was just a bit bigger than a person, but then I saw it in real life and was awe struck at how huge and magnificent it really was!

@ DANIEL – Yes indeed, I like it very much too!

@ MARCIE – Thank you Marcie.

    @ GEORGE – Thanks George!

Oh L’Arc de Triomphe :) It’s amazing how the architecture of this period was focusing on the details, just look at them!

    Nice shoots for sure :)

@ HICHAM – Hello and thank you for stopping by Evolving Scenes!

Yes, that period was focused on details. Anywhere you look in Europe really one is overwhelmed in fact at how much detail they were able to produce! It is quite magnificent what we are capable of!

  8. Hicham says:

What we were capable of! :) No-a-days architecture is totally different from those of such period.

Hi Evita, I am enjoying your photos. I wandered over from shutterchance and Zen’s blog. I have only seen the replica of the L’Arc de Triomphe in Washington Square Park in NYC. Your photo is an Image de Triomphe!

  10. Evita says:

@KEN – Thank you so much Ken for that thoughtful feedback and your visit.

The photo or replica may be neat indeed, but I have to tell you it is a whole other story in real life! Well worth to see if you ever get the chance.
