If trees could talk, what would they say?
If trees could talk, would you hear them pray?
If trees could talk, would they tell jokes?
If trees could talk, would they speak like common folks?
If trees could talk, would they give compliments?
If trees could talk, would they hold on to sentiments?
If trees could talk, would we be open to hearing them?
Perhaps trees do talk when we do not silence them.

WOW and again WOW. I read this aloud and loved how it rolled out of my mouth. As one who loves trees, this was perfect for me. Also, a perfect picture!

I am so glad you liked it so much! I saw this tree and was of course compelled to take a picture, but then the words just flowed for me too as I wrote them to accompany the image.
I think a little bit of “magic”, “innocence” and “possibility” is good for us now and then ;)
