Sky Moments

Lose yourself in the moment.
Lose yourself in the light.
Feel yourself in the grandeur.
Feel yourself shining bright.
Immerse yourself in the infinite.
Immerse yourself in the sky’s sight.

Hi Evita. This is a beautiful picture and verse. One time that having your head in the clouds is a good thing!
agree with everything Davina said. Nice shot
Invites to dream !
So simple – and just beautiful!!!

Elegant photo. Love those clouds.
Just beautiful.
lovely poem to go with your wonderful image.
@ DAVINA – Thank you and nice way of putting it. Your comment brings up a good point about how we use metaphors in our world. There actually is nothing wrong with having “our head in the clouds”, we actually have more to gain and less to lose in such a state :)
@ KRIZ CPEC – Hi Kriz – thanks :)
@ GATTINA – Hi and thanks for your visit.
@ LENE – Thank you and happy weekend to you too :)
@ JUDY – Thank you. I think images of nature especially have the power to be timeless – they are so calming for us too!
@ GRAMMY – Hi and thank you so much :)
@ SECRET MOM THOUGHTS – Thank you for your feedback.
@ DANIEL – Hi Daniel – thanks!
@ TAMMIE – Hi Tammie thanks for visiting and your feedback :)
Beautiful sky photo and poetry!!! Don’t you love gazing up at the vast expanse of everchanging blue and clouds. :D
Hugs, JJ
Lovely and the poem is nice, too!
@ JJ LOCH – Thank you JJ. And yes I do love gazing at the sky. In fact on my way to work in the mornings I make a conscious intent to always look up at the sky that morning and take in its beauty and what the features of it are that day. I find it a very grounding moment, not just jumping into the car, getting to work and not knowing if there was even a cloud in the sky or what color it was.
@ MARY – Thank you Mary :)
Lovely cloudy sky. Did you really take that in Cuba?
@ MARC – Thank you as for Cuba, no, I think you are referring to this photo of the sky: http://evolvingscenes.com/posts/226/skywatch-friday-varadero-cuba
(That one was done in Cuba – this one back on home ground in Canada)
The simple is often the best. Beautifully!
@ JOHN – Yes I totally agree – simplicity has the power to say so much.
Evita — I do love your words, especially the line, “Immerse yourself in the infinite.” That’s what I see looking at your beautiful picture.
