Pure Essence

Although all flowers, as all beings are beautiful and pure, there is something about a waterlily that invokes an essence of great purity for me.
Perhaps it is the gleaming white tone of its petals.
Perhaps it is its astonishing symmetrical pattern.
Perhaps it is the soft, silky texture of its petals.
Or perhaps it is simply it BEING what it is.
It is that same essence that we hold inside - that makes up our being.
We are a pure being, a limitless vessel, full of unconditional love.
We only have to look within and remember.
As you look at this precious flower, may it serve as a reminder of who you truly are and what your essence is.

ABSOLUTELY worth the visit!!! SO lovely. I grew up with these waterlilies; they bloomed every summer on the lake where I lived and I can still remember sitting in the canoe and willingly drowing in their unforgettable scent. I took one look at this photo and could smell that scent as if it were right in the room with me. It’s not a scent one forgets.
You writing here is, like always, all heart and beautifully done! I love it and so enjoy who you are…and what you share with the world. There is so much negativity; thank you for being a positive force in the world. It makes me SMILE!!! I am so happy to know there is a kindred spirit “out there”. You know, it really does me good. Thank you, Evita
A big Hug to you,
Robin
Ah yes Robin – the smell of these flowers – it is so sweet, I don’t even know how to explain it – I guess one just has to experience it to understand.
Thank you again for your feedback and comments Robin – I am always greatly humbled by them!!!
And a big hug back to you Robin :)
