I felt a great power reading this, especially the last line. “Joy No Matter What.” I felt heartened reading it because it is a truth that not only I live by but my husband does as well. It makes us a great team, both committed to Life…no matter what! Thank you beautiful Evita, Love, Robin
PS I also forgot to say that I often think of people who live in developing countries and deeply moved when I see them choosing joy even under the most desperate situations. It always reminds me that in most cases Joy is a choice. —Bless you dear friend.

That is a wonderful point you bring up about the people in developing countries. Having recently been to Cuba again, I cannot tell you how happy those people are. If one sees their houses or living conditions most of us would probably cry if we were put in their positions and yet they are so much happier – genuinely than most of us here in the developed world. Isn’t that amazing.
They love their music, they dance, they laugh and play and one can clearly see joy in them…no matter what!
Joy indeed is a choice we each are given to make at each and every moment of life.
