I am so enjoying your images and wisdom. It is strange seeing this red Ibis. We have Hadedas here in South Africa exactly like this one but with browny grey feathers.

Wow South Africa!!! I can imagine you have biodiversity there that must be so breathtaking when it comes to both animals and plants. Here in Ontario we can only enjoy these birds in zoos or reserves.
