Sharing the Inspiration and Beauty of our Evolving World.

Clear Thinking

Today I share with you a quote from the new book I am currently reading “Inside-Out Healing” by Richard Moss. It speaks to me boldly, as one of the greatest sources of suffering in this world are not the wars, economies or injustices, but the thoughts we have each day.

“Once we believe our own thoughts and continue to unquestioningly assume that they are true, we are no longer thinking clearly.”

I have read a few of Robert Moss’s books, and I do remember enjoying them.

To think clearly and with clarity…. one has to be empty and open to the moment and to the energy before us…. which could include the books we read, the scenes we see, the nature that surrounds us and that is always talking to us. With an empty mind, we become thoughtless, but filled with heart. This then is the essential ingredient to telepathy. One then no longer hears thoughts, but listens to the feelings that we all share with one another. These feelings speak louder than any words can. And so if we do speak, it then comes directly from the heart…. meaning… the words are in context and clear in vision in relationship to this one moment.

The quote rings so true. Perfectly paired with the image!

  4. Thoughts are neither true nor false: they’re just thoughts. Tiny bubbles in the brain.
