The small bufflehead dives deep to easily bring to the surface the information that crosses its path. Since it has mastered diving deeply and finding knowledge, it no longer finds life challenging. The deep is then also no longer deep, but is here and now where its awareness is always meeting up with consciousness beyond levels of attainment. Whether it flies or dives, it flows without resistance without even moving since it is always being moved by spirit, just as one spins around the earth but yet feels as if they are standing still. Therefore, by leaving effort, one is always moved yet remains Still as the scene morphs and changes around us. We too then morph and change as the scene changes and as the spirit moves us, but we eternally remain the same in that place of stillness.
