When we learn to speak the language of the trees and the fungi, We connect upon an intimate level of Being. Language is like a conduit or stream of energy to the land of acceptance. Language can be translated and deciphered to take us into one’s soul. So when something speaks to us and we have truly heard and felt the story, we then become soul brothers and sisters that can share the secrets we each hold within.
I love being reminded of “Family Ties” every time I am out in nature. It has become easy to forget how we are tied to all of creation, nature is a beautiful place to be reminded of that.
I love this photo, the mushroom being completely intertwined with the dead tree, gently breaking it down into a material that other plants and beings can feed on and recycle.
I would add especially during this period of the year. Christmas is for me a family time!
