Fun Facts Friday: Solar Gazing
It is quite interesting that in our modern world today, we are told to avoid one of the most important things for our health and well being – the sun. We have been taught to fear the sun and stay out of it at all costs, being told it will give us skin cancer. We are told to slap on harsh chemicals, if we are going to be out in the sun. We are now starting to see and pay the price of avoiding for the past few decades, one of the most essential things to our health and wellness, through the widespread vitamin D deficiency, cancers, weak bones and all sorts of ill conditions.
Did you know that throughout the history of time, ancient cultures have always viewed the sun as the source of life, as well as health and vitality? In fact, many ancient cultures not only spent ample time in the sun, but also practised solar gazing.
Solar gazing is the habit of looking at the sun, at controlled and safe times. This is done to this day by many Eastern spiritual teachers and others all over the world, offering numerous health benefits as well as spiritual depth and enlightenment.
It makes one think how many other things that are good for us, have been suppressed or misrepresented today for the benefit of others who have something to sell or hide.
The more fully we connect with nature, the more clearly we see through the illusions put forth before us.

Dearest Evita, I love this. ;) We are light beings. That doesn’t mean that our physical bodies aren’t real, they too are light. Everything in existence is light. Even in the darkest dark of my life, I found the most brilliant light. Everything is vibrating with light. There are no inanimate objects. There is only inanimate perception. Just as we talked about, we can never be separated from “Nature”. We are Nature. Everything in Existence is Nature. It is only “separation thinking” that makes us tend to act separately. But all actions and thoughts ripple through the “whole” that we and everything else, IS. I think of you so often. Sending so much love to you and Markus, Robin

One can therefore say that everything is good for us because it is a part of god. One then only perceives something as bad, as in a point of view, once it is rejected by the heart. Everything then has equal value beyond judgement and bias.
So the sun does perceived harm to one if they reject its essence and direct such energy to create the desired role and outcome of prejudice. Therefore, all objects or thoughts or ideas can be gazed upon and re-membered into our sense of Being. One is then in alignment with Love.

Very wise thoughts… they can easily spark a loooooong discussion on how to apply and understand that on a deeper level, so people do not misunderstand ;)
Within our minds there are energetic players with defining roles which take not only the form of people, but of ideas and objects…..etc. Together, it creates a harmonic scene where everything flows and has its place. There is no separation in such a world because nothing is locked into place. Life is experienced then in wave form instead of particle form.
However, if something is stipulated or held onto in the scene…..if something is privatized or owned, then the flow is disrupted, and energy begins to back up or move around such a block. The concept of the heavy and the feeling of erosion is created. One then manifests a sense of living in a maze because parameters are being built and manufactured. Over time, one forgets that the parameters are a state of mind and are in essence an illusion because we have taken something outside of ourselves seriously instead of to Heart. The world is only as open as we wish it to be. Freedom is always here now beyond the conceptualized.
Well, the energetic players only take on defining roles if we make associations and rules of engagement. Otherwise, the scene flows as propagated from the source intention as a whole. The intention is then the definitive action and not the players, because the players then become one and the same.
The scene then can be easily morphed into another scenario based on the feelings and resonance that one wished to be embedded into. This can only happen though when one’s environment or world scenario is fully accepted and therefore, let go of. Whatever will be will be which then leads to being the creator of our own being.
