Too often as we go through life, we repress so much of ourselves and what comes our way.
Today, take a moment to examine your life.
What are you suppressing within yourself?
What are you repressing inside of yourself?
What are you not allowing to fully express itself in you?
Whatever we hold back and hold within ourselves, eventually comes to the surface.
May you find healthy ways to release all that you need to always.
