Did you know that when babies are born they have more bones than an adult? This allows for a much greater flexibility and why one need not be surprised to see young kids bending their bodies in all sorts of directions, most of us as adults cannot even fathom, and at that not getting hurt.

It makes one think about the mental flexibility of children as well. While we may become a little more physically rigid as we age, we need not become more mentally rigid as well.

We think as adults that a sign of maturity is establishing a strong thought and belief system, when nothing could be further from the truth. The happiest people and the ones who find life the easiest, are those who keep their minds open and flexible to all sorts of new possibilities and ideas.

Too much to eat, can lead to digestive congestion.

Too much to deal with, can lead to psychological congestion.

Examine your life today, and see what areas of it, or of yourself may be suffering from any kind of congestion.
