Love is the strong force and the gentle caress that guides us and drives all life.

Today I share with you some words by an unknown author about the essence of this amazing gift:

There are no such things as weeds or flowers in this world;

Only beings called plants expressing themselves in different ways.

All nature’s expressions of love.

If you are going to love, make sure that love is selfless;

Unconditional;

Forgiving;

Let your raindrops of love shower on all;
But drown none.

Let the beauty of all that you see, ignite a new version of you.

If you see pain, heal it with emotions of health.

If you see anger, calm it with emotions of peace.

If you see fear, nurture it with emotions of safety.

If you see injustice, feed it with emotions of equality.

If you see worry, infuse it with emotions of serenity.

Allow this spring for a more conscious version of you to blossom,
and in turn continue to transform this world.

This is the official flower of Ontario. It is called a Trillium.

They are currently found growing abundantly along forest floors and at the sides of some roads in various parts of Ontario. The petals are arranged in three’s and the official color is white, however there are different varieties.

Today, let us appreciate, enjoy and be grateful for the beauty found in the area where we live.

Look with fresh eyes upon all that you see;

Do away with judgments and let your mind go free.

There are wonders around you that are miraculous and grand;

Don’t take for granted the beauty of the sky and land.

What may have been dismissed as ordinary on a whim;

Can be quite extraordinary as you capture the beauty within!

As you walk through this path of life,

Don’t forget to keep an open mind.

Down below and up above,

There are gifts for us all.

Tiny flowers, majestic skies,

All to be appreciated by our eyes.

Do you remember the last time you were bursting forth with excitement or perhaps life energy?

How long ago was that?

Is it part of a daily occurrence for you, or something that seldom happens?

As children we seem to be bursting forth with excitement on a daily basis.

Why should we not also as adults?

The world is full of splendor and has many surprises for us.

Open your heart. Open your mind. Open your senses.

There is a world out there, ready to excite you!

What is limiting you from seeing your life in color?

Consider your approach to life…

Are you the one who sees the glass half full, or half empty?

Do you see opportunities in problems, or hard times?

Do you easily accept compliments, or deny their validity?

Do you love yourself enough to allow color to penetrate your life?

Living in black and white works in some cases,  but most of the time life is full of many various shades of color.

Allow yourself to see them…

What is the way to happiness?

Happiness is the way.

So many of us look for happiness in the external world;

In our spouses, in our kids, in our money, in our environment.

But know that true happiness is a state of being no matter what.

It comes from within.

So don’t look for the way to happiness, for happiness is the way when you choose it to be.
