It is much easier to find that which you want, when you know what it is.

The biggest obstacle to getting what you want, is knowing what *it really* is.

The best life lessons usually come at times we least expect.

The best life teachers usually come in forms we least expect.

Be perceptive to all that is in your environment.

Clarity of the mind is one of the most precious and rare jewels in this world.

Treasure and nurture it when you have it.

Moving fluidly with life, rather than against it, ensures the smoothest path.

When we move with direction, not just speed,
we are bound to arrive exactly where we need to be.

Embrace the velocity of life in all that you are, and all that you do.

Each new generation comes into this world
tapped into the collective whole of all past generations.

They can learn quicker what did not work for us,
and move this world to a new, and better state of being.

May we see the hope and potential the next generation brings,
rather than put down or resist their ideas.

They see past our choices and actions, and are ready to take the world to the next level.

Today I share with you a quote from the new book I am currently reading “Inside-Out Healing” by Richard Moss. It speaks to me boldly, as one of the greatest sources of suffering in this world are not the wars, economies or injustices, but the thoughts we have each day.

So often we focus on how much we have in terms of physical means to feel abundant.

Timeless abundance is not about how much we have in our bank account, or home or around our home.

Timeless abundance is how much we have in our heart.

This no one can take away and is always yours independent of external events.

This is your greatest asset. Use it wisely.

What does freedom mean to you?

In our world today, for most of us who live in the Western world, we believe we have freedom.

But just as with other terms, freedom depends on your personal definition.

Can you go anywhere you please, anytime?

Can you say anything you want, anytime?

Can you do anything you want, anytime?

The answers to all of the above are no.

We have accepted a world that masquarades itself as giving us freedom, but being stuck in a 9-5 job, where you have to show up each day just to make a so called “living” is not freedom. Paying off endless debts is not freedom. Not being able to move around the world without borders is not freedom.

When it comes to true freedom, we have a long way to go.

But one by one, we are escaping the illusory freedom and creating lives and worlds based on true freedom.

True freedom starts with personal expression, without repression or suppression of your highest being.

And until we each learn to master that, free we are not.

A few days ago, I saw two ducks flying past some super tall poplar trees and one disappeared. I thought it must have flew behind a tree and I missed seeing its ongoing path. I thought clearly the duck didn’t get “swallowed” by the tree or land in one!

The other day, in the same location I saw one duck flying by the same group of trees and then, since there was no other object to distract me, my gaze held on it and then I saw something incredible! The duck slowed as if to land on a branch, but what ended up happening was it disappeared into a hole in the tree!

Incredible I thought – a duck can not only land in a tree, but even seemed to live or nest in a tree! Well, it is true. After doing a quick search, I found out who my disappearing friend was. It is the Goldeneye duck, pictured above.

Sometimes things are not what they seem.

And sometimes things are exactly what they seem.

Be open enough always, to discern wisely.

Be open to know that everything is possible.

It all just depends how wide you allow your boundaries of perception to go.

In our busy, busy world there is one thing,
which too many of us seem to be in desperate need of.

Stillness

Avoid excuses.

Avoid procrastination.

Learn from the masters (whoever you consider them to be),
and make stillness a part of your daily life.

Whether it is a few minutes, whether it is in the morning or mid-day;

Whether it is several times a day, indoors or out;

Enjoy the benefits of stillness.

And allow yourself to be transformed.

Suddenly life takes on a whole new purpose and meaning…
