It is in moments of stillness that we;

What your eyes show you isn’t always what is there.

What is there, isn’t always visible.

Surrender today and let softness overcome you.

We do not need to be rigid, on guard, defensive, quick to anger and uptight.

Just surrender to being you and flowing with life’s moments.

Let softness take over.

Some of the best life lessons I have received, have come from nature.

Looking for example into the eye of a cow, I have no question as to why it is revered, protected and considered holy in the Hindu tradition.

There is such a soul stirring stillness and peace associated with this animal.

May you look anew at this animal today.
May you see the life force within it.
May you come to know it more fully, and appreciate it more wholly.

May you learn to exhibit the kind of peace and stillness, that it teaches and represents.

Your leftovers, may be someone else’s treasure.

Throughout our lives, we will have to say “good-bye” to lots of people, places, animals and experiences.

Sometimes a “good-bye” may come when we are not ready.

Sometimes a “good-bye” may come when we wish things could be different.

Sometimes a “good-bye” is the only thing that makes sense, and sometimes it may seem to make no sense.

But parting need not be a sad, bad, or tragic event.

Everything that is in your life, is there for a reason. Everyone and everything plays out its part.

And although we may not be aware of the big picture quite yet;
Know and have faith that nothing and no one ever left your life when the time was not perfect for the departure to take place.
